We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

Shipping Timeframes:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, generally within 2–14 working days.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email.

Return labels:
Return shipping labels are not included in the original package. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom orders or special requests
• Consumables (unless faulty)

Refunds:
